Rafting “Alphana” (Racha)

Description

The rafting route “Alpana” is moderate and not long descent by the Rioni river. We will have 10 km rafting the main part of the route will be provided in the beautiful Alpana canyon. We have a start point from the Quishari village located 100 km from Kutaisi city and 26 km from the capital of the Racha - Ambrolauri.

In the spring and first summer months, the rafting route is dynamic and strong. We will need to have good teamwork on the boat for successful descent. From the middle of Jule the water level falls down and the rout will be more moderate and will suitable for kids from 10 years old. 

Route grade: spring and first summer months  3 - 3+ grade, from the middle of July 2+ - 3 grade

Descent duration: 10 km

Descent time: From 40 to 70 minutes

Start point:  Quishari village

Finish point: The camp in Alpana

Age limit: spring and first summer months from 15 years old, from the middle of July from 10 years old.

Tour details

At the starting point, we receive briefing and training on the main commands and actions on the raft, put on the equipment, and after the raft approximately 40 to 70 minutes.

You need to tell us the information about your cloth and shoe sizes. We must prepare that equipment earlier.

Route Price:

350 GEL per group up to 3 persons

100 GEL for each guest in a group of 3 persons

For groups over 12 guests, as well as travel agencies working on an ongoing basis - good discounts are provided.
