Rafting in "Keda"

Description

It is a new rafting route called “Keda” in the alpine Adjara. The trip was designed by our guides is special for clients who would like a longer trip than the popular route "Rafting in Makhuntseti".

The descent starts from the village Zvare, located 44 kilometers away from Batumi. The ending of the route finds in several kilometers of the district center of Keda.

During the route, we will face several rapids in the Zvara canyon.

The length of the route is 11 km.  The descent takes about 1 hour in the spring and about 2,5 hours in the summer. In the spring, it is a dynamic route with powerful rapids that demand intensive teamwork. From the beginning of the summer, the water level begins to fall makes rafting more simplified.

The trip becomes too simple and suitable even for children over six years old from the middle of the summer.

We don't spend the descent in August and September months, because of the low water lever in the river.

Tour details

The best departing time from Batumi is 10 am

During the drive to the starting point, we visit the confluence of the Chorokhi and Adjaristskali rivers.

At the start point, we will have a briefing and training of the main commands and actions on the raft.

Rafting takes about 60 minutes.

The total time of the trip is 6 hours.

The rafting price is:

600 GEL per group up to 3 guests

150 GEL for each subsequent guest

For groups over 12 guests, as well as travel agencies working on an ongoing basis - we provide good discounts.
