Extreme rafting on the Rioni

Description

The extreme descent goes the lower part of the Rioni River in Alphana and Tvishi canyons. It is a trip of 25 km in length and 3-4 grades of difficulty by international classification.

The total time on the water is about 3 hours

The descent up that 3 grade difficulty have a high level of health risks and are suitable only for participants in well fit condition with swimming skills

Before the main and hard canyon Tvishi we will descend the middle-grade part of the river where test and practice your teamwork.

PS The guide checks the present situation on the river, and if the team isn’t ready or the water level is too high, he can cancel to runs of some rapids.

Tour details

We provide the fullest safety equipment for rafting including a neoprene suit, life jacket, helmet, and shoes. You can wear a thermal or swimsuit under the neoprene wetsuit. Tell us the clothes and shoe sizes during a booking request  like Length and  Weight (178cm, 67kg) for clothes and Euro size for shoes ( 36,39,43, etc.) 

The participant of extreme descent must clearly understand that the trip has a high risk for his health and life. We provide all necessary safety steps and try to do our best to do decent safety for all, but the participant who goes on an extreme trip will take all risks for his health and life himself.

Route Price:

700 GEL  per group up to 4 persons

180 GEL  for each guest in groups 4-s and over participants
